lead | studio is an architectural studio which also specializes in interior design. Lead was founded in 2017 with the idea to follow and preserve the values of architecture and design also contributing to their development.

Our philosophy is that architecture must find the balance between the exquisite and the practical. It has to be a work of art but also to be functional and tailored to people’s needs. Most of our projects are contemporary and reflect the modern way of living. We strive our projects to be in full sync with the surrounding environment. Therefore, when designing, we put emphasis on the selection of sustainable and natural materials such as stone, wood, concrete and glass. We believe in simplicity and attention to detail.

selected architectural projects

The main area of our studio is architectural design. We design buildings on various scales - from small detached houses and single-family homes to large urban development projects. Our aim is to always pursue a clean vision, open and bright spaces, functional areas and communication with the surrounding area. We have experience in implementing innovative design and constructive technologies and we show a wide interest in modern trends in architecture and design. The wishes and requirements of our clients are highly important for us and we are committed to make them happen according to our understandings of architecture. We offer cooperation at all stages of the design work – from the initial idea and its architectural project to the construction project and its execution as well as author’s supervision.
